A digital PDF playbook, licensed to you personally. Prices are shown on each product page (GBP via PayPal, INR via Razorpay for buyers in India) and include all charges. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments.
Delivery is instant and digital. After a successful payment a download button appears on the page and the download link is emailed to the address you entered. The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Nothing is shipped physically. If you don't receive your link within 1 hour, email us with your name and payment reference and we will resend it within 24 hours.
Your copy carries your name and a unique licence ID. You may read it on your own devices and print one copy for yourself. You may not copy, share, upload, resell or give away the file or any part of it.
Because the product is a digital download delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that you want immediate access and lose the right to cancel once the download starts. We therefore don't offer refunds once a copy has been delivered, except where required by law. If you were charged twice, charged but did not receive your copy, or your file is broken, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund the duplicate/failed charge within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
We collect your name and email to deliver and license your copy, and your payment reference from PayPal or Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PayPal or Razorpay and never reach us. We store order records securely and use your email only to send your copy and answer your questions. We don't sell your data. To have your data deleted, email us.
